Tea Bagger Saison is brewed with Rye malt and Flaked Oats, El Dorado and Sorachi Ace hops, and has additions of Coconut Chai Tea and Lemongrass. I’d love to say the brewers came up with the idea drinking tea during the winter but it was more likely they were drinking beer and wanting to brew a saison and finding a way to make it more than just a saison. A collaboration brew made for 2014 Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week.
