Our Hirter Weizen is brewed using select barley and wheat malt and Hallertau aromatic hops. It is non-pasteurized, GMO-free and thus an entirely natural product.

Its typical, discreet banana-like fragrance results from the top-fermented yeast, cultivated in-house, which is also responsible for its mild, yet tangy flavor and characteristically fruity aroma. Naturally cloudy, with a wonderfully refreshing, rounded taste, the Hirter Weizen is particularly smooth on the palate. 12.5°
