In 2014 the distinct dutch beerstyle ‘Kuitbier’ was reborn. It is characterized by the use of large amounts of oat malt. We brewed it according to the style guidelines (http://bierstijlen.nl/bieren/kuitbier/), but added some Saaz dry hops after fermentation with lager yeast.
