A blend of three Gin barrels of 14 month aged Saison. We added orange peel in barrel to highlight the beautiful citrus character from the wild fermentation, then subtly dry hopped at blending with floral and fruit forward northwest hops. Big orange and spicy botanical aromas and flavors.
