Singel Hop Saison, Cascade is a reboot of a once flourishing BrewCafé tradition. Brewed with a bit of malted wheat and fermented in stainless with our Magickal Saison yeast. Generously hopped and dry hopped with Cascade, aka the only hop the matters in the end. Notes of gummi lychee, crushed verbena, Persian black lime, and quenching minerality.
