Se trata de una cerveza madurada durante un año en barrica de roble francés que previamente ha hecho vino tinto, durante todo el tiempo de maduración ha habido dentro de la barrica muchísimas cerezas de Son Puig. Es una cerveza con un toque avinado, ligeramente ácida.
