A trans-Gottardo double IPA, brewed in collaboration with Full Measure Brewing (Bern). 3D is built around the assertive bitterness and bold citrus flavours that started the craft revolution, with a nod towards the tropical future. We used a truckload of familiar hops (Columbus, Cascade, Chinook and Citra) with a modern hop schedule, and packaged in black bottles to prevent UV infiltration.
