Our Russian Imperial Stout was aged for 10 months on a variety of hand-selected oak barrels. Napa Valley, Zinfandel, Kentucky bourbon and North Carolina dark rum barrels all add to the complexity of this illustrious stout. The blend of barrels imparts big roast and molasses flavors that are paired with the notes of chocolate and vanilla to create a creamy beer with huge flavors.
