Au fil des années certains clients non-francophones du Dieu du Ciel! confondaient "Péché" avec "Pêche’. De là a germé l’idée de faire une Péché Mortel avec de vraies pêches. L’acidité du fruit et du café se complètent, donnant à la bière des saveurs fruitées. Over the years, consumers that are not familiar with the complexity of French language have often translated "Péché", which means (Sin), to "Peach", which would actually be "Pêche" in French. Dieu du Ciel! has done a version that contains peach purée and entire peaches, which gives a little fruity and tart taste that we think goes well with the acidic coffee taste. We can really taste the peach in it.
