For this unique, high-gravity blonde saison our Brewmaster and Chief Gardener, Phil, selected a variety of edible aromatic and organically grown flowers including Calluna Vulgaris, Lavandula Angustifolia, Matricaria Chamomilla, Calendula Officinalis and Hops - they’re flowers, too! This "arrangement" creates a farmhouse ale with a one-of-a-kind aroma and flavor.
