Inspired by the rustic farmhouse ales of Belgium and France, Zut Alors! is brewed with modern hops and a wide array of ingredients including; buckwheat, spelt, rice and peas. The big brother to our Sacre Bleu! was then aged in an oak foeder for roughly six weeks to help round out the edges.
