Our interpretation of a classic Irish Dry Stout. A special blend of roasted barley and character-filled malts gives our Parisian Stout a slightly more bitter edge than others – Carafa malts juggle the smoothness of chocolate with the bite of coffee. We’ve ramped up the flavour by using a solid English Challenger hop which brings out a hint of spice against the underlying bitterness. Dark de Triomphe is full-bodied and bursting with flavour, served cold and fresh from the brewery with the traditional thick and creamy head.
