We recently brewed a pale ale we weren't keen on, and as a result a unique opportunity to create once again came into play. This special beer is an amalgamtion of a standard pale with a tiny blend of our aging Rosies to balance the dry/bitter pallette. The result is a remarkably smooth yet bitter experience. Slight citrus notes intermingled with a gentle Belgian earthiness and a touch of tartness to fill out the taste. We are now very keen on this one and you will be too!
