Using Malts from throughout Europe and hops from the US, Cape Ann Brewing has produced a full bodied Dopple Bock with a malty, biscuit flavor. Tastes of the holiday are apparent with the sweet flavors of molasses and honey surrounded by hints of Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
