Abandoned in favour of modern production approaches, there are countless acres of lost orchards around Georgian Bay. These traditional orchards contain wonderful organically grown heritage varieties which are ideally suited for cider. With our Lost Orchard Series we aim to save these orchards. Fermented to dry, aged 6 months, bottle conditioned and unpasteurized.
