This brew represents years of tireless tweaking and testing of our recipe going all the way back to our home-brew days. The name is a reference to the blight that helped to wipe out the once thriving hops farms in Central NY, the recent resurgence of hops growing in NY State, and the many folks and organizations working hard to research blight resistant hops varieties bred to grow specifically in the great State of NY. Potent, with aromas of tropical fruit and melon, and mouthwatering pine and gooseberry flavors. Medium to light bodied with a bitter semi-dry finish.
