Common descriptors are
With its dark black colour and its brownish and creamy foam, the Grand Cru is a rich beer, full and powerful with a delicious long aftertaste. You will taste complex and surprisingly mild aromas given the alcohol degree. Produced with strongly roasted malt giving a tangy taste, this beer is also often associated with refined dishes. The caramel froth and roundness in the mouth are in perfect harmony with a medium bitterness and coffee tastes. The Grand Cru has recently won the silver medal in the Brussels Beer Challenge 2016. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops (Czech & German), yeast.
