Our first attempt to use the high alpha summit hop and infuse it with a rye munich ale, and name it after an important part of this brewery. It’s heavy blond in color, super aromatic and hoppy. Probably one of the most bitter and hoppy beers I have produced next to the 2006 Anniversary Ale part one and Part Deux. This beer will see a small bottle production.
