The Wedding Alt is patterned after the alt beer from Düsseldorf, Germany. It has a subtle hop aroma from dry-hopping and a clean, light taste. The crisp dryness is derived largely from the use of Munich malts in the grist. Caramel and chocolate malts were also used. It’s designed as a mild beer and should go well with almost any food.
