A special brew made for the Toruplund residential training centre and restaurant. It is based on a mix of pilsner malt and roasted barley lending a slight amber hue to the this ale. The hops are all Amarillo which complements the light malt profile with rereshing notes og elder, abricot and lime rind. Only available at the training centre. Of course unfiltered, unpasteurized and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.
