IPA This beer doesn’t hold back. We start with as much Canadian barley as we can fit in our mash mixer, then add some toasty Munich malt and toffee-flavoured crystal malt for a rich, malty balance to the hop onslaught that follows. We cram our kettle with Centennial and Cascade hop varieties for refreshing clean bitterness and hop flavour, then dry hop in the fermenter for an aroma that will spank you right in the face. Party like its 1772!
