The Holiday version of Elliott Bay’s popular Westside Wit. This dark Belgian Wit beer falls between Elliott Bay’s No Doubt Stout and Noir Von Boorian, with just a touch of Luna Weizen. More “chocolaty” than the Noir and lighter in body than the Stout, this beer is a nice contrast to the stronger winter beers out there. Spiced with fresh orange peel, raisins, fresh ginger, and cloves and very lightly hopped with Styrian Goldings.
