Ipso Facto is a top-fermented, bottle conditioned and unpasteurized Dutch abbey ale. It is named after an abbot of the Carthusian Order, whose title was Ipso Facto (it is a fact). This ancient and traditional Dutch Abbey ale is at its best when served from 54-58°F in the Brouwerij De Drie Kruizen glass.
