Cherry Adam from the Wood is aged with locally grown black cherries in oak casks for 15 months. The fruit lends a sweet tartness to the finish, melding with the wood and adding a new dimension of complexity. The 2008 bottling celebrates 15 years of business for me and was aged in Bourbon and Sherry barrels. The 2009 bottling was aged exclusively in Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels. from 2020 label: Bottle Conditioned Ale Made with organic pilsner, a variety of speciality malts and Northwest grown whole hop flowers. Aged with locally grown cherries in oak barrels for at least 15 months.
