STYLE. An Ice cider is a cider obtained by the fermentation of frozen apple's juice with a concentration of sugar before fermentation of at least 30 ° Brix, and whose finished product has a residual sugar content of at least 130 g per liter and an additional alcoholic strength of 7% and not more than 13% alcohol by volume.
