Technique used to make clean Sour Beers (Quick Souring). Kettle Souring (also known as Sour Worting) is done by adding Lactobacillus to the wort where it will transform some of the sugars to generate lactic acid which provides a tartness taste similar of an unsweetened yogurt, without the funkiness of Traditional Sour Beers.
