Imperial stouts without barrel aging or additions of mostly non-fermentable ingredients post-mash in such as coffee, vanilla bean, spices, fruit, oak chips, chili peppers, cocoa nibs, etc. Additions of ingredients like oats, wheat, rye, brewer’s licorice, candi sugar, molasses, honey, specialty grain, and specialty yeast are acceptable.
