Used to describe the sweetness level of the drink.
Usage: the qualification of semi-dry is subjective in most countries, therefore use when it’s described as such by the producer, not by your tastebuds.
Initially intended to be used for mead, may find application for cider too, but shouldn’t be used for beers.
