Alus Šviesus (sometimes Šviesusis, sometimes Šviesus Alus) is Lithuanian for "light beer" (alus = beer, sviesus = bright). The colour may be gold, amber or sometimes red, but is not going to be dark. It is not a style of beer, but a description. It may be a cold fermented pale lager, though it may also be a warm fermented pale ale, perhaps using a traditional Lithuanian brewing method where the malt is not boiled, giving the beer an earthy taste, or made using baked bread, like kvass. If "nefiltruotas" is part of the name, will be unfiltered.
