Beer should be balanced. Beer can be easy to drink and still have depth of flavor. Hops are overused and need to be used more thoughtfully by many craft brewers. Experimentation is good, but be honest about it. Too many brewers unleash their experiments out on the public and then aren’t honest with themselves when they suck.
