Teenage Budweiser drinker, stumbled upon Unibroue’s Fin du Monde in 1994. Bought a 75cl bottle and drank it from the bottle (!!!) Loved it and started trying new things. A friend offered me a McEwan’s scotch ale which opened up my horizons and even though it’s an average in its style, scotch ales became my favourites. Haven’t bought a commercial beer in over 20 years!
