I admire & am inspired by the Kooinda’s & Arctic Fox small micro breweries that having a real crack & I am keen to join the industry ASAP. I fell in love with Hoegaarden in the late 90’s, Hahn Premium, Little Creatures Pale Ale, Chimay, Leffe etc etc & have just evolved with all the available product now on the market. The Innspire range of beers, your Flying Dogs, Rogue, Mikkeller, the old school Samuel Adams & Sierra Nevada which helped pave the way.
