I am a beer manager in a store in Central Florida, Rockledge to be precise. I am about to embark on a new journey. I am opening a craft beer and wine bar not far from the store where I manage. The craft/micro brew category has expanded and grown to the likes of all different classes and ages of people. Men and women are now very interested in this types of beer.
