For me, there’s no manifesto involved in enjoying beer. Now that my maturity is advanced, though, one beer at a time is about all I can deal with comfortably. I try to make that one count. I’ll go out of my way to sample a beer but not a venue. I prefer my craft ales on draught rather than bottled, if possible. I have no single favorite beer style - life’s too short to be monomaniacal.
