I really got into beer because I dislike wine ;-). Seriously though there is something holistic about beer that attracts me. It is like the simple splendor of fresh baked bread. It was made from the earth by the hands of man as a craft. There can be so many styles and flavors of beer as well. I suppose the possibilities are limitless.
