My interest in beer started on a whim. I bought a bunch of international singles at the local NSLC and put the empties on the shelves in my dorm. 11 years and 350 beers later I am still trying to seek out the new and the different. I’ll try anything once and I don’t have an automatic bias toward only appreciating the particularly dark and strong. I see myself more of a beer enthusiast than a beer snob; I aim to enjoy, not over-analysis.
