When it comes to beer, as with many other things, I crave variety. I’m so hugely fortunate to live in an area surrounded by so many diverse and (in most cases) truly quality breweries. For as much as I love my reliable favorites, there is nothing I like better than to have dinner alongside a brand new, untested beer.
