Lessons learned in...

2011 : RB is great !

2012 : Rating is so hard... How ?!?!?...

2013 : Rating needs time, consistency (and a pen) and boldness.

2014 : Serving temperatures matters.

2015 : Storing conditions matters.

2016 : Tasting conditions matters. Sometimes, this is simply not the time...

2017 : Respect brewer's intent.

2018 : Trust your instincts and authenticity ! Each rating is a piece of my life.

2019 : I used to taste good or bad beers ; not anymore. Now I just have good or bad experiences.

2020 : The beer in front of you doesn't exist per se, it is a *representation* of the beer. That said it depends on you. So humbly, it's better to maximise subjectivity than analyse in all fake objectivity.
