I’ve been lucky enough to have spent a few years in Japan sampling eastern Asian brews with a follow-up few years living near the intersection of Belgium, Germany, and France (i.e. Trappist Mecca). Since 2005 I’ve been a homebrewer as well, continually striving to match some of the best I’ve tasted. What can I say. I love beer.
