A purpose built DME brewery, temperature controlled fermentation tanks, extensive laboratory facilities and finally, refrigerated serving tanks right behind the bar to bring you the freshest beer possible. When it comes to the beer itself, in our opinion it’s all about the materials we use to brew. Strong advocates of the Slow Food movement, we source our natural materials as close to home as possible whilst retaining the authenticity of the beer styles we make.
