IPA/DIPA’s are my longterm favorites, but I’m really getting into imperial stouts, particularly oatmeal stouts. I become a pilsner monster during the summer too. Getting back into home brewing after 10 yr absence. Looking forward to trying some great recipies! Favorite beers at the moment: Ballast point’s Sculpin IPA, Hopping Frog’s Boris the Crusher, Founder’s Breakfast Stout, Double wide IPA, Southern Tier’s Unearthly IPA.
