Retired IT professional. Learned about drinking REAL beer during numerous trips to Germany during the 70’s & 80’s; they do it right! Love the dark Porters, some Stouts, and full bodied Brown Ales. No "lite" stuff for me...or anything produced by the big "national brewers like Coors, Miller, Anheuser, etc. It’s like beer flavored water! Right now IMHO Samuel Adams is the best national brewery in the USA. Real Ale Brewing right here in TX is outstanding & making a name for themselves, rightly so.
