The most important thing in beer for me is balance. All of my ratings focus more or less on this quality. Character is the second most important thing for me. And I'm a bit of a purist. So my perfect beer is exceptionally balanced, with a distinct character, but also true to its style. Or it has blueberries inside. :-)
