After 7 years, I finally decided to create a profile and start reviewing the beers I drink. I enjoy beers of all kind. I have my own selection of favourites, some expensive that I rarely drink, and some cheap that I drink often. Out of curiosity, I enjoy tasting strange beers that challenge my taste buds and knowledge of beer. This has most recently been exemplified with sour beers, and I look forward to exploring these styles in-depth. Over the past summer, I've also begun freezing beers and eating them as ice. So far only with the cheapest lagers with not much success other than a fun experience, but I might try it with sweeter beers or mix the cheap lagers with sugar. [ less ]
