For me, the style if beer I drink is dictated by the season. We’ve just past winter so I’ve had my fill of bourbon barrel aged stouts and ales, porters, scotch ales, Belgian quads and the like. Now that spring is upon us, my attention has turned to double IPAS, Barrel aged sours, and amber ales. When the 90 degree heat comes in summer, I luv me some lagers, Saisons, pilsners, and anything that go downs easy.
