From So Cal to Paris, France.. its been about five years since I last rated a beer, apparently, so I have some catching up to do.. glad to be back. Paris is incredible, despite some of its citizenry, and there are few pleasures in life more profundicaciously profound than taking a long walk on a sunny and breezy day in a city as culturally and historically rich as this, only to stop at a tavern or cafe at the end, and find a large list of some of the greatest beers in the world (all from their more successful neighbors to the east and north), often even on tap. I’m going to make it a goal to try as many of the top 100 rated beers as I can within the next year.. which will amount to quite a few pleasureable exploratory walks, if you ask me.
Even if you don’t, frankly...
