I like special, old organic grains such as emmer, artisanal beer with real Hallertau aroma hops, no pellets, strong beer, festival beer, light, export, wheat beer, monastery beer but especially and above all the outstanding Bavarian beer of my home region, the world famous hop country of the hallertau.
