A dedicated follower of the Aussie Craft Beer industry and will travel far and wide to find a new brewery or a special edition IIPA and here in Brisbane we;re spoilt for choice. I love the heavier end of the beer spectrum (higher ABV) but you can keep your sours and fruit beers. I'm also very fond of cask aged beers and stouts and there are some excellent ciders out there too.
