I just love beer! So my gameplan is try as many as possible. I’m not wild about bitter stuff but other than that I’ve not had a beer from a style that I haven’t liked. Favorites: Scotch Ale, Belgian Ale (meaning my alltime favorites are belgian scotch ales :)), Quads, Doppelbocks, Belgian Whites, Saisons, Fantomes (not a style but dammit it should be, they are in their own class), I’m definitely more of a malthead than a hophead. I want to start trading, most anything local to Florida I can get. I don’t have a cellar so I don’t keep much on hand unless I am preparing for a throwdown.
