Since beer can’t be contained solely within the categories of either alcoholic refreshment or contemptlative degustives - why should we then contain our experiences to only a few tastes? Despite being an industrial product, beer shows such degree of variance - how could one ever commit oneself to only one type, let at alone a brand...?
